On all orders you must add a $50.00 Administration/Insurance Fee.
Orders weighing 151 lbs. Or more are based on cost per hundred weight.
A fuel surcharge of 20% will be applied to total freight charge.
Furniture Discounts of North Carolina will order your furniture directly from the manufacturer and ship it to you by an independent furniture carrier. We use only reputable shipping companies who specialize in furniture delivery into the home.
Delivery charges can be prepaid by credit card, cash or check or when they arrive at your home by cashier’s check. The delivery companies do not accept credit cards. Our shipping companies thoroughly inspect the items to assure that they are in deliverable condition before providing in home set up and light assembly of your furniture. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Sunday and will be scheduled in a 4 hour window.
